Randy Possinger has been in fundraising and non-profit leadership for over 25 years. For nearly a decade, he served as president of a United Way and Volunteer Center where he lead in the development of several initiatives resulting in deeper corporate relationships and increased individual support. His experience in leading the merger of four United Ways has been developed into a case study by Case Western Reserve. Randy led the major gift team at University of Redlands during their $100 million campaign and helped secure the largest private grant in the school’s history. Randy currently serves as Assistant Vice President at Loma Linda University Health and is part of the leadership for their current $360 million campaign. He holds a master’s in non-profit administration from the University of Notre Dame.
